Meadowbrook accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Pending, Private Pay and some insurance plans. We will verify benefits and work to assist you in obtaining coverage for your stay through whatever avenues you have available to you. Our Social Workers can even assist in the Medicaid application process if needed.

Meadowbrook provides transportation to scheduled appointments.

We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies.

We offer a variety of scheduled activities for our residents. There are outings for shopping, movies, visits to our local Senior Center, arts and crafts, games and worship services.

Yes, residents are allowed to smoke with staff supervision and must follow all facility smoking policies and procedures.

All rooms are semi-private. Arrangements can be made for private rooms at an additional cost.
