Visitation
Based on the daily activities and needs for our residents, recommended visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Other times may be accommodated and should be arranged in advance. We ask that visitors consider other patients when planning their visits, so to avoid disturbances.
Facility Overview
Meadowbrook Care Center is a 60-bed skilled-nursing facility located just blocks from downtown Van Alstyne, Texas right off of Route 76. We create customized care plans designed to meet each resident's specific needs as directed by his/her own physician. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies. We also offer a variety of scheduled activities for our residents.
Meadowbrook Care Center is proud of its history in the community and treasures its relationships with our residents and their families. Our trained staff provides quality care in an effort to achieve the goals set forth in the care plan developed at the direction of the resident's own physician.

Long-term care assists those who may benefit from 24-hour nursing availability and assistance with meals, medication management, and other activities of daily living.

Meadowbrook Care Center has partnered with local hospital systems to ensure continuity of care. These independent physicians also utilize nurse practitioners so when they are not here, they have licensed and certified advanced practice nurses at the facility to ensure that trained eyes are available and ready to assist in making informed healthcare decisions.
